PartnerHub

Join the PartnerHub training session to explore BC Housing’s new Operational Review process and system.

This session will cover assessment frameworks, including the element on IT Risk Assessment. We will share

various learning and training opportunities provided by the PartnerHub Support Team such as e-learning

modules and live online training sessions. Equip yourself with the knowledge to effectively support your

organization during BC Housing’s Operational Reviews.

Non-Profit Portal

A centralized hub for partners to access resources, tools, and support. The Non-Profit portal to streamline

the budget process and simplify the communication and exchange of documents between BC Housing and

Non-Profits. These training sessions are required for Non-Profit Providers who are not part of PartnerHub

Operational Review process yet.

HIFIS Outreach

This session will cover information that is required to be recorded in HIFIS for emergency shelters, including

  • Year-round shelters (Program in HIFIS is ESP & HEARTH)
  • Temporary shelters, Emergency Response Centres (Program in HIFIS is Temp Shelter)
  • Common inquiries received by HIFIS Support
  • Q&A: Please bring your questions
  • This session will not cover information related to
  • Extreme Weather Response (Program in HIFIS is EWR)
  • Course Pre-requisites: Must be a current HIFIS 4.0 user for BC Housing funded shelter program
  • Availability: Session restricted to BC Housing Partners Currently using HIFIS 4.0

HIFIS Shelter

This session will cover information that is required to be recorded in HIFIS for outreach programs, including

  • Homeless Prevention Program (Program in HIFIS are HPP, AHOP, IOM, ICM)
  • Homeless Prevention Program (Program in HIFIS is HPP)
  • Common inquiries received byHIFIS Support
  • Q&A: Please bring your questions
  • Course Pre-requisites: Must be a current HIFIS 4.0 user for BC Housing funded outreach program
  • Availability: Session restricted to BC Housing Partners Currently using HIFIS 4.0

Duration: 60-75 Minutes each
